Can the scope change after work starts?
Yes, but any variation must be reviewed and approved in writing before the additional or revised work proceeds.
Do you coordinate access and approvals?
Where the project requires community, developer or access approvals, these requirements are identified and coordinated as part of the agreed scope.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
A 12-month workmanship warranty applies to installation quality within the agreed scope. Manufacturer defects, external water ingress, unidentified structural deficiencies and third-party alterations are excluded.
